Mission Statement The Virginia Athletics Foundation, through its fundraising efforts, strives to support a preeminent intercollegiate athletics program at the University of Virginia by providing student-athletes the opportunity to achieve academic and athletic excellence. Virginia Athletics Foundation P.O. Box 400833 Charlottesville, VA 22904-4833 (434) 982-5555 | (800) 626-8723 (434) 982-5025 FAX www.VirginiaAthleticsFoundation.com already increased their contributions over their 2014 gift and we hope many more will do the same by the end of the year. To date, 705 do- nors have participated in our Take It To The Next Level initiative and another 2,614 in our I Give 110% initiative. Additionally, we have added over 1,500 new donors and received gifts from previous donors who hadn't given in two or more years. It is this kind of loyal dedica- tion that we envisioned when we launched the All In For Excellence fundraising initiative in February. On another note, we continue to make prog- ress on our endowment fundraising with over $1.5 million committed to endowed scholar- ships so far this year. In addition, our Coaches 10 efforts have added over $500,000 to sport- specific operational support for many of our programs. Once the final results are complete at the end of 2015, I look forward to sharing our progress with you. These are very exciting times for Virginia athletics and our student-athletes. It is your generosity and loyal support that helps make this all possible. Thank you. Best regards, Dirk Katstra Executive Director
