■ WOLFPACK CLUB NEWS Representative Spotlight Hometown: Albemarle, N.C. Tom Poston Occupation: Textile Chemical Sales for Daikin America Inc. Family: Wife Debbie, sons Michael (class of 2010) and Stephen, and daughters Chaney and Rachel. Hobbies/interests: Wolf- pack sports, NC State Alumni Association, golf, spending time at Ocean Isle Beach. Accomplishments: Being a husband and father is plenty. Wolfpack fan? Grew up in Siler City, N.C. Dad played football at Wake Forest, and my cousins went to Duke. "Much" older sister went to State. I became an ABC (anyone but Carolina) fan at an early age. I graduated from State in '82. How did you become a Tom Poston Club? I've always enjoyed getting involved with organizations that I have something in common with. My wife says I like NC State sports better than her. She is a close second. I know the financial need to run a top-tier athletic program that we want in Raleigh. I am also involved with the NC State Alumni Association. I like meeting fellow Wolfpackers. Why did you decide to get involved with the Wolfpack pack Club? If you truly like Wolfpack athletics and want our teams to succeed, you should join. Even at a low contribution level, your money helps with scholarships and programs. The more members and contributions, the better the facilities, coaches and teams. There is a sense of ownership being in the Wolfpack Club. You can be prouder when we win. Why should someone that's not a member join the Wolf- Do you have any favorite game-day traditions? Game-day tailgating is my favorite tradition. I tailgate with my sons Michael and Stephen, brother Charles, sister Jan, bother-in-law Mark, cousin Eddie, and friends Bob and JoAnn. Sometimes we miss the kickoff due to the fun. A cold beverage and cigar after a win tops it off. WOLFPACK CLUB student athlete? Easy, Bryce Ro- swell Holt. Bryce (Bobby) played bas- ketball for Everett Case and captained the golf team. He was a member of the Wolfpack board. He taught me what it means to not only be a fan, but a supporter.
