Participants from both the NC State Wolfpack Club and ECU Pirate Club com- peted against one another. The idea behind the event was to create a Ryder Cup style golf tournament between both schools. The two schools have a long history of competing against each other and the golf tournament provided an opportunity for the fans to extend the rivalry beyond the playing fields. ECU won the inaugural challenge with an average team score of 56.8 edging out the Wolfpack by one stroke. Both organizations are looking forward to the future of this event. Thanks to all who participated. 14 ■ THE WOLFPACKER
