POSTGAME REPORT WEEK 4 P ENN STATE 2 4 , TEMP LE 1 3 NO LOOKING BACK Robinson finished with 82 yards and this 41-yard touch- down catch- and-run in the first quarter. Penn State had lined up in the wrong formation, but McGloin was still able to reach the end zone, and the Lions managed to parlay their double-digit halftime lead into a 24-13 victory. The penalties certainly didn't help. Penn State was flagged nine times for 100 lost yards. THE TAKEAWAY Penn State has looked better each week and will have a chance to get its Big Ten season off to a strong start against an Illinois team that surrendered 52 points to Louisiana Tech on Saturday night. THE GAME AT A GLANCE GOOD NEWS Penn State gets both its passing game and running game on track, amassing 491 yards of total of- fense against the Owls.
