"I don't know that I really have a sched- ule as much as I know when our football team as a whole has made the strides and developed towards a champion- ship mentality," Kelly said. "Sometimes a bad bounce goes against you. Some things that are out of your control occur within your pro- gram that could set you off stride a bit. "I don't know that the third year is a magical year as much as where we are right now.
