strides and developed towards a champion- ship mentality," Kelly said. "Sometimes a bad bounce goes against you. Some things that are out of your control occur within your pro- gram that could set you off stride a bit. "I don't know that the third year is a magical
year as much as where we are right now. We've made significant prog- ress each and every year with our entire football program that we're not shocked that we're being more consistent."
