The talent in town included two of the program's top defensive end targets in the 2020 class: Columbia (Mo.) Rock Bridge product Jalen Logan-Redding and Port Huron (Mich.) Northern talent Braiden McGregor. Logan-Redding made his second trip to South Bend after taking in a camp over the summer. The three-star enjoyed the opportunity to speak with head coach Brian Kelly and defensive line coach Mike Elston during the weekend while leaving impressed with Notre Dame's performance. Logan-Redding remains high on Notre Dame, but is keeping his options open. McGregor — the No. 15 prospect in Michigan and the No. 24 outside linebacker in the country per Rivals — made a return trip after visiting for the season opener against Michigan. Like Logan-Redding, McGregor took notice of the Irish defensive line and his potential fit. The Irish continue to impress McGregor and are likely in the top three for the three-star junior, along with Michigan and Ohio State. • Oak Park (Mich.) High 2020 product Enzo Jennings, who Rivals ranks as the No. 4 corner- back and No. 53 overall player nationally, picked up a Notre Dame offer while he was in town for the Florida State game Nov. 10. The 6-2, 178-pounder also holds offers from Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Florida, Georgia, Michigan and Ohio State, among others. Following the visit and offer, Notre Dame appears to be in the top group for Jennings. He hit it off early with cornerbacks coach Todd Lyght and hopes to continue strengthening their bond. • Along with Jennings, Notre Dame also offered 2020 prospects Danville (Ky.) Boyle County athlete Landen Bartleson and Mesquite (Texas) Poteet running back Seth McGowan. Bartleson, a three-star prospect and the No. 10 player in Kentucky per Rivals, holds early offers from Ohio State, Tennessee, Louisville and Purdue. Rivals rates McGowan as a four-star recruit, the No. 3 running back and No. 20 overall player nationally. He claims offers from Alabama, LSU, Michigan, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Stanford, Texas and Texas A&M, among others. — Corey Bodden and David McKinney Follow @BGI_CoreyBodden and @BGI_DMcKinney on Twitter for daily recruiting updates available on BlueandGold.com!
