If he can prove adept in short-yardage situa - tions, he could have an immediate situational role. TIMOTHY McKAY OFFENSIVE LINEMAN • 6-3, 295 Raleigh • Wakefield High School Rankings Stars Nat. Pos. " Quotable That would be special because I've done it in high school, but to do it in college would be special. — McKay on blocking for his brother, quarterback Matthew McKay, at NC State " Quotable He is a smart kid. He is a tough kid. He works hard and he wants to be the best. He is a true center, and one who has his brother to lean on and learn from. I love his intensity. He is a quiet kid, but on the field he makes a lot of noise. — Rivals.com Southeast recruiting analyst Chad Simmons " Quotable I've seen Mimms live several times in the past couple of years at both games and in camps. He's a bigger-framed back and a powerful runner with good balance. — Rivals.com Midwest recruiting analyst Josh Helmholdt Scouting report:
