Ready For Action Virginia Lands The No. 28 Recruiting Class In The Country V By Jacey Zembal irginia football coach Mike London didn't have to add many players down the stretch, but more importantly he kept the commitments intact for the class of 2013. Rivals.com ranked Virginia's recruiting haul No.  28 overall in the country, No.  5 in the ACC and sixth in the league in average stars per player. UVa's class was also rated No. 21 by MaxPreps.com, No. 29 by 247Sports, No. 34 by ESPN and No. 40 by Scout.com. Virginia had 18 of the 22 members of the class committed prior to the start of the 2012 football season. The Cavaliers added two players down the stretch — Alpharetta (Ga.) High offensive lineman George Adeosun and Richmond (Va.) Mills E. Godwin offensive lineman Eric Tetlow. "It's truly a class that is filled with quality, depth and a lot of players that can be provided opportunities to play right away," London said. "I think it's a very talented class. "It met specific needs that we had, particularly at the offensive line position." London pointed out that the addition of Adeosun and Tetlow helped complete the class, which had Virginia Beach (Va.) Bayside star Taquan Mizell, the crown jewel of Virginia's 2013 class and a U.S. Army All-American, is rated by Rivals.com as a five-star prospect, the No.  1 all-purpose running back in the land and the No. 29 overall player nationally.
