In past years of Michigan football,
tall and athletic wide receivers made
a huge impact on the field for the
Wolverines. Whether it was Derrick
Alexander, David Terrell or Braylon
Edwards during Michigan's true
pro-style days, there always seemed
to be a field-stretching threat on the
outside. That has been lacking thus
far in the tenure of Brady Hoke, but
things should be changing soon.
Maurice "Moe" Ways, a 6‑3,
196-pound wide receiver at Beverly
Hills (Mich.) Detroit Country Day,
pledged to U‑M April 25, adding yet
another tall pass catcher to the mix.
He joins the likes of 2013 signees Jaron Dukes (6-4), Csont'e York (6-3)
