LISTENING TOUR
In early May, new Atlantic Coast Conference commissioner Jim Phillips
visited Grounds for the first time as part of his tour of the league's schools.
Phillips talked to UVA administrators, coaches and student-athletes to get
their input and thoughts on collegiate athletics.
He is seen here discussing topics with members of UVA's Student-Athlete
Advisory Council. Phillips accepted the ACC commissioner position after
serving as the athletics director at Northwestern for 12 years.
