FORMER WOLVERINES ON MLB ROSTERS Through Aug. 23 • Jake Cronenworth (Played at U-M from 2013-15), SS, San Diego Padres: Through 122 games, the All-Star was bat- ting .279 with 19 home runs and 61 RBI for the 68-58 Padres, who were one game back from the second wild card with 40 contests remaining … His 28 doubles led the team, while his on-base percentage of .350 ranked second. • Rich Hill (2000-02), LHP, New York Mets: Began the season with the Tampa Bay Rays, where he posted a 6-4 record and 3.87 ERA in 19 starts, before being traded to the New York Mets July 23 … With his new club, he has pitched in six games with five starts, owning an 0-1 re- cord and 5.06 ERA. ❏ Brandon Graham • NFL The Eagles defensive end was tabbed by his peers at No. 99 in the NFL Network's an- nual top 100 players list, after leading the squad in quarterback pressures (49), hurries (30), hits (24) and sacks (eight) last season. Chaundee Brown • NBA The Lakers guard averaged 8.4 points and 2.7 rebounds per game in seven NBA Sum- mer League appearances with one start. The organization, which he'll begin training camp with, officially signed him Aug. 10. Donovan Peoples-Jones • NFL The Browns wide receiver was listed by USA Today as one of the top 31 NFL training camp standout players.
