C O M I t's easy to forget, given all the media attention he has been receiving for more than a year and all the optimism he has inspired within the Penn State fan community, that Drew Allar is still a teenager. Allar pointed that out recently when asked following a spring practice session at Holuba Hall about his efforts to be- come a more vocal leader for the Nittany Lion football team. Yes, the rising sophomore quarterback may already be a star of sorts. He has a representative at Creative Artists Agency to field his name, image and likeness of- fers. He's been the subject of a children's book. Type his name into the search en- gine of your choice and you'll get between 325,000 and 3 million results. And yet, he's also a relative newcomer to the college game, one whose first start — provided he wins his position duel with redshirt freshman Beau Pribula — is still more than four months away. "I'm a 19-year-old kid still," Allar said.
