C O M T he Blue-White Game on April 26 was a chance to see Penn State players show their skills, but more than that, it offered us a look at how the coaching staff felt about those players at the conclusion of spring practice. The Blue and White squads were roughly broken down by where players stood on the depth chart. The first- and fourth-team players comprised the Blue squad, while the second- and third-team players made up the White. By necessity, Penn State deviated from this formula in a couple of areas. Walk- ons were split up according to positional need but primarily played on the White team.
