Film Analysis Strengths Barnett may be listed as a pro-style quarterback, but his athleticism and speed need to be respected by opposing defenses … He's been clocked in the 4.7 range in the 40-yard dash, but he looks faster on tape … He has plenty of arm strength, and he throws extremely well on the move … He's an ideal fit in Brian Kelly's offense at Notre Dame with his ability to run, pass and make all the throws.
