Cavaliers then went shopping for running backs and picked up three-star Philadelphia St. Joseph's standout Olamide Zaccheaus. Two days later, they added Princeton (N.J.) Hun School athlete Christopher Sharp. Zaccheaus, Friedman explained, is a player that really fits what Virginia likes to do in its running game, and he'll be a nice compliment to what UVa already has on Grounds like former-five star and second-year tailback Taquan Mizzell and Georgia native Jordan Ellis, a 2014 signee who is redshirt- ing during his first-year campaign at UVa. The 5-8, 185-pound Zaccheaus chose Virginia over offers from Cincinnati, Miami, Ohio, Old Dominion, Pitt and Temple. He is ranked as a three-star recruit and the No. 28 player in Penn- sylvania by Rivals.com. "Olamide is a really tough guy between the tackles with decent hands," Friedman said. "I would think he'd be a great situational back who I would expect to come in and spell the starter early in his career. Depending on how he develops, I could definitely see him as a goal-line back early and then see him developing into an every-down guy down the road." Sharp, meanwhile, is a 6-2, 195-pound line- backer/running back who committed to the Cava- liers over offers from Boston College, Iowa, Kan- sas, Old Dominion and Rutgers. Rivals.com rates him as a two-star prospect. "He's a little taller than some of the running backs we see at this level, but there's no question that he can move," Friedman said. "UVa can really use him in a variety of situations, and he'll be able to come in and produce. "He comes from a really great program in New Jersey that has produced a long line of Division I and BCS-level prospects. There's no doubt he'll be prepared when he arrives in Charlottesville."
