Physically imposing at 6-3 and
220 pounds, sophomore goalkeeper
Evan Louro came to Michigan
from St. John Vianney High School
in South River, N.J., ranked as the
No. 10 player in the country accord-
ing to CollegeSoccerNews.com.
Louro was tested early as a fresh-
man, playing in the second game of
the season. He eventually went on
to see action in 10 matches, making
eight starts, all in non-conference
play, while battling for time with
fifth-year senior Adam Grinwis.
This season, Louro is the only
Evan Lauro gave up an average of 0.79 goals per game in the soccer team's 3-2-1 start to the
season.
