against Navy. Both Djogo and his father are football fans, but due to his location the biggest game the senior had previ- ously seen in person was a Canadian Football League contest. The capacity crowd of 80,795 fans cheering the Irish on sold him on the spirit of the school, and the staff did their part on selling Djogo on the hoops program. "Notre Dame did a great job of just making him feel wanted," Lesovsky said. "The style just really fits — they're a great match. "His biggest asset is his versatility. He's a really good fit for Notre Dame in the sense that he's a high-IQ player. He's a big guard, so he can see over the top against presses and zone defenses. "His shooting range extends past the three-point line, and I'd say he shoots around 35 to 40 percent from there right now. His passing, he's so smart that he anticipates the play; he sees a guy open before they actually are. He still needs to work on his handle, because since he's so tall the smaller defenders can get into him, but we're working on getting him lower. "His future is really bright. I think he can play a couple of positions for Notre Dame as a combo guy."
