According to Pro Football Focus, a service that rates players and breaks down film for NFL teams, Mc- Glinchey graded out No. 2 overall among all Irish players in the 24-20 win over Temple Oct. 31 in the right tackle's return home to Philadelphia. It marked his best game of the season in front of what he estimated to be 200 family members and friends at Lincoln Financial Field, home of the NFL's Philadelphia Eagles. Even though McGlinchey is not even a full season into his starting career, head coach Brian Kelly expects his right tackle to eventually play in many more NFL stadiums. "I don't think that there's much doubt that he's going to be playing at another level," Kelly said. "His ath- leticism, his length, his toughness, all those things, his IQ, how he carries himself, he's going to be a great pro. "He just needs more work at the game. He came in with very little knowledge of the offensive line, just even vocabulary, words of an offen- sive lineman didn't resonate with him. It's really developmental for him and he's made great progress, but I definitely see him playing this game for a long time."
