Redshir t third-year George DiCamillo enters the 2015-16 season as the defending ACC champion at 133 pounds — a title he first captured in 2013 en route to being named the ACC Freshman of the Year. The Highland Heights, Ohio, native also has twice qualified for the NCAA Tournament during his time in Charlottesville. My advice to student-athletes is: Focus on the day in the sense that there's so much going on at UVA. Worry about today and what you physically can control yourself. When tomorrow comes, focus on tomorrow. The primary challenge facing student-athletes today is: Our coach (Steve Garland) preaches consis- tency as one of the three pillars of our program. It's hard for us to make good decisions in terms of going to class after a tough practice. It's easy to make these decisions once.
