of how much we have on our plates at a given time. The best thing about UVA is: The amount of re - sources the students have. Not all schools have all the resources we have academically, athletically and so- cially. It's been a place that's allowed me to grow into a better person than I was before I got here. Why I chose UVA: Because of the relationship as- pect of recruiting. I developed a relationship with the coaches and the guys on the team. All schools can boast about their academic accolades. But the rela- tionships I've developed with coaches (Keith) Gavin and (Jordan) Leen have made me believe I could walk out of here as a better person. What I like the most about wrestling: The brother- hood it's allowed me to have. Wrestling led to me to the relationship I have now with a wonderful girl. It's opened doors that I wouldn't have available to me if I didn't have wrestling. The highlight of my athletic career: Winning the team ACC championship last year. I've won two indi- vidual ACC championships. Winning the team champi- onship was cool because it was great to see our team come together as a brotherhood. Seeing the fruits of that labor is something I wouldn't trade away for anything. The most important thing I've learned from wres- tling: The why I do it. My why in life has changed to I do all I do to glorify God. That's something I wouldn't have learned without wrestling. It's a demanding sport in that there are high highs and low lows. Wrestling has taught me to hone my talent to the best of my ability. My dream vacation would be: Italy.
