the right tackle candidates do not
grade out as well and/or the play of
the two centers is good, then the pro-
jected starter at right guard — Alex
Bars — could slide out to tackle and
one of the centers could move to right
guard.

'W' RECEIVER
Senior Corey Robinson will enter
the spring as the starter on the bound-
ary side of the field, a position he
shared with Chris Brown the last two
seasons. Whether or not he exits the
spring as the starter remains to be
seen.
Robinson is the most experienced
receiver on the roster, having racked
up 65 receptions for 896 yards and
seven touchdowns during his first
three seasons. The rangy Robinson

son, but when he is on he makes im-
pressive catches in traffic.

and playing with consistency. The
players behind him are too talented
to keep off the field if Robinson is not
playing at his best.
Sophomore Miles Boykin will serve
as the main competition during the
spring, and last year he repeatedly
was among the first names men-
tioned when head coach Brian Kelly
was asked which younger players
have been making the best impres-
sion in the practice. Like Robinson,
he has exceptional length, but Boykin
