Phoenix native Devon Allen not only offers a college program the ability to make plays as a receiver, but he's garnering interest for his speed on the track as well. Allen holds the state records in both hurdle events, running a 13.252 in the 110-meter high hurdles and a 36.39 in the 300-meter low hurdles, and has posted impressive times in the 100 meters (10.48) and the 200 meters (20.75).
