"We're going to have this Irish reunion right after the game. It was just so thrilling when www.BLUEANDGOLD.com Danny got offered to Notre Dame. It was just so incredible and we've been so happy with the whole expe- rience." It is an experience that began with flooding back again how im- portant Notre Dame was in our whole experience here in the United States." ✦ and it was 20 years later Danny got this [scholarship] offer. It just kind of all came little, we would go visit Notre Dame and we would go to the Grotto. This is the memory I had when I was little. "[My parents] passed away Kathleen said. "That took a lot more courage because you have a wife and children and a livelihood to make. "I remember when we were two giant leaps of faith by her father. "He would have been like 44 when they moved over [the second time]," Fox's grandfather, Richard Power (shown in inset photos), came from Ireland in the 1930s and worked at Notre Dame, served in World War II and raised a large family upon his return to the States in 1953.
