Prior to Winston, Marvin held positions with John Stewart Darrell & Com- pany, Shear- son Lehman Brothers Inc. and Moseley, Hallgarten, Estabrook and Weeden, Inc. Marvin is a member of the Boards of Directors of Kerrco, Inc. and Big League Advance, LLC, the Advisory Board of TDF Ventures and the Investment Com- mittee of Virginia Theological Seminary. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the George H.W. Bush Presidential Li- brary Foundation and a past member of the Board of Directors of the George W. Bush Presidential Library Foundation. He is also a past member of the Board of Managers of the University of Virginia Alumni As- sociation and the Board of Trustees of the College Foundation of the University of Virginia. Marvin earned his BA from the University of Virginia. HERMAN MOORE currently serves as Partner and Chief Marketing Officer at DSG Staffing, a certified MBE (Minority Busi- ness Enterprise) professional staffing agency that specializes in recruiting temporary and permanent per- sonnel for more than 70 com- panies across various industries. Herman is also the Founder and Principal of Team 84 Marketing, a certified MBE (Minority Business Enterprise) full-service market- ing agency offering total branding, digital development, analytics and more. In 2000, Moore became Cinnabon's 2nd largest Franchise Owner before selling the units to Cinnabon corporate in 2006. Herman Moore received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Rhetoric and Communica- tions from the University of Virginia in 1991. Moore was a 2-sport college athlete and earned First Team All-American as a wide receiver in football and was both an Indoor and Outdoor ACC High Jump Champion in Track and Field. Herman Moore was also one of the most productive wide receivers in NFL league history during his 12-year career (11 years Detroit Lions, 1 year New York Giants). Moore was the Lions first-round pick in 1991. He was named to the NFL Pro Bowl on four occasions and NFL All-Pro three times. In October 2007, Herman Moore was among 124 modern-era players, coaches and contributors on the prelimi- nary list of nominees for the Pro Football Hall of Fame's Class of 2008. Moore was one of only 7 other first-year eligibles to make the list. In 1995 Herman Moore and teammate Brett Perriman combined to set the NFL single-season record that still stands for most combined catches (231) and receiv- ing yards (3,174) by two teammates in the same season. Perriman's 108 catches gained 1,488 yards. Moore had 123 catches for 1,686 yards. He is the only Detroit Lions receiver to catch more than 100 receptions in three consecutive seasons (1995-97). Moore has been inducted in both the Virginia and Michigan Sports Hall of Fame and the Detroit Lions' "Pride of the Lions" Ring of Honor, an honor given by profes- sional sports teams to the best players and coaches in their histories. Herman is the founder of the Tackle Life Foundation (tacklelife.org) which provides essential life skills and experiences for successful individual growth and develop- ment. He also serves as a board member for the Ally Jolie Baldwin Foundation (allyjoliebaldwinfoundation.org) which is dedicated to promoting patient care sup- port through the Children's Hospital of Michigan. ANDREW PESKIN, born and raised in Richmond, VA, attended the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Virginia, graduating from UVA with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree, with a dual concentration in Finance and Management. Over the course of 25 years, Andrew founded and managed ASPCO, a Richmond based alterna- tive investment management firm, as well as a financial soft- ware develop- ment company and a market forecasting consulting firm. In 2015, he joined Capital One, where he currently works in US Card Technology, leading teams responsible for cloud operations, site reliability engineering, compliance and analytics & reporting. Andrew lives in Richmond with his wife Maya, and their three children Alexander, Hadley and Aidan. When not working, Andrew enjoys reading, traveling, skiing and tennis. An- drew and his family are huge Cavalier fans and frequently attend football and basket- ball games. RACHEL W. SHERIDAN is a partner at the law firm of Latham & Watkins LLP, where she represents private equity, in- vestment banks and companies in capital markets transactions, including public and private securi- ties offerings, securities regula- tion, company representation and general cor- porate matters. Rachel serves on the boards of The River School in Wash- ington D.C. and is Chair of the board of LIFT-DC Commu- nity Services, an organization focused on helping families break the cycle of poverty. She received a B.A. in Economics and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia in 1994 and a J.D. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1998. Rachel was a member of the Track & Field and Cross-Country teams during college. Rachel lives in McLean, Virginia with her husband Paul (Law 1996) and their three children.
