Zimmerman (left) and Doolittle (right) helped the Washington Nationals
franchise — which moved from Montreal prior to the 2005 season — win its
first World Series. It marks the first time the World Series trophy has resided
in the nation's capital since 1924, when the Washington Senators won it.
