The Skinny: Starks has Notre Dame in a strong position following his campus visit … USC was a program he was waiting on an offer from, and the Trojans did eventually extend one in his direction, but the Irish still look to be ahead … With Alabama and Oklahoma as other strong contenders, he has no set timeline for a decision. DB Nick Watkins 6-1, 185 · Dallas (Bishop Dunne Catholic) Class: 2014 247Sports Ranking: Tabbed as the No. 11 cornerback in the country and the No. 135 overall recruit nationally. Quote: "It was a great experience getting up there and seeing the campus. I'll definitely keep considering them after that visit." The Skinny: Watkins traveled to South Bend with his coaches, and it turned out to be his last trip of the spring … He plans to narrow down his list to five choices during the summer, and the only program that looks to be a lock to be in that group at this point is Texas, but the Irish made a strong case to stay in the mix … He'll take all five official visits before deciding.
