  michigan recruiting All-Star Selections M ichigan's coaches are used to recruiting the best players in the nation, and the upcoming class is no exception. A number of the 2014 U‑M commitments are already in line to participate in national all-star contests. accepted invitations to the Under Armour All-America Game in St. Petersburg, Fla. Salt Lake City High‑ land defensive tackle Bryan Mone has received an invitation, but has not accepted it yet. The other nationally acclaimed AllAmerica game is the U.S. Army AllAmerican Bowl, which takes place in San Antonio. Michigan won't be shut out of that one, either. Tarpon Springs (Fla.) East Lake offensive lineman Mason Cole has already pledged to participate in that game. That leaves only two Michigan commits who have yet to receive invitations to one of the showcase games. Hinsdale (Ill.) Central tight end Ian Bunting and Beverly Hills (Mich.) Detroit Country Day wide re‑ ceiver Maurice Ways will likely get a post-season invitation — if not to the Army or Under Armour Game, then to one of the other national contests. Rivals hosted camps in Atlanta, New Jersey and Southern California, among the stops coast to coast. There were also four held in the Midwest: Cincinnati, St. Louis, Pittsburgh and Chicago.
