Began the next tilt, a Sept. 19 setback to the Carolina Panthers, at cen- ter … Has registered a 63.6 PFF rating, which is about average. • Jon Runyan (2015-19), OL, Green Bay Packers: Played on special teams in the 1-1 Packers' loss to the New Or- leans Saints Sept. 12, before starting at left guard in a Sept. 20 win over the Detroit Lions. • Ambry Thomas (2017-19), CB, San Francisco 49ers: Made two tackles in the 2-0 49ers' season-opening triumph over the Detroit Lions Sept. 12, before not seeing action in a win over the Phil- adelphia Eagles the following week. • Josh Uche (2016-19), LB, New Eng- land Patriots: Off to a blazing hot start to the campaign, registering four tack- les and three sacks in the 1-1 Patriots' first two clashes. • Chase Winovich (2014-18), DE, New England Patriots: Compiled three tackles in the Patriots' first two games. • Chris Wormley (2012-16), DT, Pitts- burgh Steelers: Made one tackle in a Sept. 12 win over the Buffalo Bills while playing exclusively on special teams … Started at defensive tackle in a loss to the Las Vegas Raiders Sept. 19, register- ing one tackle and one pass breakup. FORMER WOLVERINES ON MLB ROSTERS Through Sept. 20 • Jake Cronenworth (Played at U-M from 2013-15), SS, San Diego Padres: Suffered a fracture near the tip of his left ring finger when he was hit by a pitch Sept. 10, forcing him to miss the next six games before he returned Sept. 17 … In 139 contests, the All-Star has batted .269 with 64 RBI and 20 home runs for the 76-73 Padres, who were four games back from the wild card with 13 outings remaining … His 29 doubles rank second on the team, while his on base percentage of .345 is tied for second. • Rich Hill (2000-02), LHP, New York Mets: Began the season with the Tampa Bay Rays, where he posted a 6-4 record and 3.87 ERA in 19 starts, before being traded to the New York Mets July 23 … With his new club, he has pitched in 11 games with 10 starts, owning an 0-3 record and 3.88 ERA. ❑ Patriots' second-year offensive lineman Michael Onwenu's 84.8 PFF grade through the first two weeks led the league's guards.
