  basketball recruiting U-M Targets In The 2014 And '15 Classes T By Chris Balas he ever-critical July recruiting period has begun, and the Michigan basketball coaches are out in full force, evaluating players in all classes and making sure their top targets see them at their games. U-M has one pledge from the 2014 class in Fort Myers (Fla.) Bishop Verot's Ricky Doyle (along with 2014 shooting guard Austin Hatch of Fort Wayne, Ind., whose status remains in doubt because of injuries suffered in a plane crash two years ago). The following is a look at the players the U-M coaches have been watching in the 2014 and 2015 classes with at least five scholarships to give and where things stand with each, starting with the four 2014 offers: Trevon Bluiett (6-5, Rivals.com's No. 46 senior nationally): Indianapolis Park Tudor's Bluiett played at the June NBPA Camp in Virginia and at the Under Armour Grind Session in California in early July before hitting the adidas Invitational in Indianapolis in mid-July. Erroneous reports had Bluiett dropping hometown Butler after head coach Brad Stevens accepted the Boston Celtics job. While the Bulldogs have slipped on the list, they are still there and could well move up again. "I have a better relationship with [new] Coach [Brandon] Miller. Bluiett plans to cut his list in October and make a college choice in November. Michigan and UCLA will get visits, while Indiana and Notre Dame are also in the mix. Bluiett does have a good relationship with U-M assistant LaVall Jordan, who was a finalist for the Butler job. Bluiett notched a 41-point game at adidas in showing off his skills. Devin Booker (6-6, Rivals.com's No. 27 senior nationally): The Moss Point, Miss., standout was slowed by an ankle sprain but was back in action in mid-July. He said Michigan State, Michigan, Kentucky, Missouri and Florida were the five schools showing the most interest. Booker planned
