They are the granddaughters of Mark Wilks ('77) and Barbara Wilks. The Wolfpack Club offers condolences to the families of the following Wolfpackers who recently passed away: • Wolfpack football player David Vivino ('55) • Byron Kenneth Hawkins — Wolfpack Club donor for 40 consecutive years Sarah Grace Pope was born to Dellon and Taylor Pope (NCSU Class of 2014) of Winter- ville, N.C., on August 28, 2022. She weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces and measured 20½ inches long. Dellon and Taylor are excited to add another member to their pack!! Brody Johnson Whitehurst was born on May 16, 2023, to Bret and Courtney Whitehurst ('13) of Apex, N.C. Grandparents are Hill ('82) and Joyce Hendricks. Other Wolfpackers in Brody's family include uncle Cameron Hen- dricks ('11), aunt Abby Hendricks ('11), great- aunt Judy Fersch ('75), longtime Wolfpack Club member and great-uncle Ken Fersch, and cousin Kerrie Ihnen ('11). Brody is wear- ing the NC State sleeper that his mom wore 31 years ago.
