David ('73) and Pam ('74) Hartigan at Resurrection Bay in Anchorage, Alaska. Mrs. Julia G. Ray, mother of former Wolfpack football player Buster Ray ('78), continues to be a fan at 108 years old. Go Pack!! Mary-Leland (Mallie) Monahan was born on June 27 to Josh ('17) and Mary-Haven ('17) Monahan. Her grandparents are John ('82) and Carol Monahan and Tom ('88) and Jeanne von Lehmden. Go Pack!! Evan ('07) and Nikki ('11) Rowe welcomed Madison Marie to their Wolfpack on October 1. She is the granddaughter of Robert ('72) and Linda Rowe. All properties donated to the Wolfpack Club and the proceeds of a sale will be used for scholarships and/or Athletic Department Capital projects. The NCAA has recently provided additional updates to member institutions regarding presumed NIL violations. As such, a representa- tive of athletics interests (e.g., booster) should not contact prospects or their family members about either recruiting or NIL arrangements. A representative of athletics interests (e.g., booster) should also not enter into an NIL ar- rangement with a prospect until that individual has matriculated into NC State.
