The NCAA has recently provided additional updates to member institutions regarding presumed NIL violations. As such, a representative of athletics interests (e.g., booster) should not contact prospects or their family members about either recruiting or NIL ar- rangements. A representative of athletics interests (e.g., booster) should also not enter into an NIL arrangement with a prospect until that individual has matriculated into NC State.
