Porter, a former Penn State All-American and fourth-year pro, was inactive for the Steelers' season-opening 20-13 victory. He was dealing with a back injury, but perhaps more important, he was also at odds with the franchise over his contract. A second-round pick in 2023, Por- ter has spent his entire career with the Steelers, but ESPN and others were reporting in early September that the cornerback had requested a trade. Other teams were reportedly unwilling to meet the demands of general manager Omar Khan, leading to the impasse. Kaytron Allen (2022-25), RB, Washington Commanders: Allen had 4 carries for 16 yards in Washington's 24-22 season-opening loss to Philadelphia. He is listed third on the Commanders' depth chart. Saquon Barkley (2015-17), RB, Philadelphia Eagles: Barkley car- ried 16 times for 83 yards in Philadelphia's win over Washington. Jaquan Brisker (2019-21), S, Pittsburgh Steelers: Brisker finished his first game in the Steel City with 6 tackles and an interception in a 2win against the Falcons. Ji'Ayir Brown (2020-22), S, San Francisco 49ers: Brown finished with 4 tackles in the 49ers' 27-7 victory over the Los Angeles Rams in Melbourne, Australia. Abdul Carter (2022-24), LB, New York Giants: Carter started the Giants' 28-20 win against Dallas and finished with 3 tackles and a half-sack. Sean Clifford (2017-22), QB, Cincinnati Bengals: Clifford is on Cincinnati's practice squad. Dominic DeLuca (2021-25), LB, Baltimore Ravens: DeLuca is on Baltimore's practice squad. Dani Dennis-Sutton (2022-25), DE, Green Bay Packers: Dennis- Sutton was active for the Packers' Week 1 loss to Minnesota. He finished with 1 tackle. Khalil Dinkins (2021-25), TE, San Francisco 49ers: Dinkins is on San Francisco's practice squad. Jahan Dotson (2018-21), WR, Atlanta Falcons: Dotson made his Falcons debut in Week 1, finishing with 1 catch for 19 yards and also recovering a fumble in Atlanta's loss to Pittsburgh. Zane Durant (2022-25), DT, Buffalo Bills: Durant is on injured re- serve due to a neck problem. He will miss at least the first four weeks of the season. Arnold Ebiketie (2021), LB, Philadelphia Eagles: Ebiketie made his Eagles debut in the win over Washington. He finished with 1 solo tackle. Olumuyiwa Fashanu (2020-23), OL, New York Jets: Fashanu started and played all 67 snaps at left tackle in the Jets' 23-10 win against Ten- nessee. Pat Freiermuth (2018-20), TE, Pittsburgh Steelers: Freiermuth caught 5 passes for 46 yards and a touchdown in Pittsburgh's victory over Atlanta. Will Fries (2017-20), OL, Minnesota Vikings: Fries started and played all 65 snaps at right guard in the Vikings' 39-22 victory over Green Bay. Mike Gesicki (2014-17), TE, Cincinnati Bengals: Gesicki caught 5 passes for 78 yards and a touchdown in Cincinnati's 33-27 win against Tampa Bay. Blake Gillikin (2016-19), P, Arizona Cardinals: Gillikin averaged 52.7 yards on 3 punts, one of which was downed inside the 20-yard line in the Cardinals' 26-14 victory over the Chargers. Kevin Givens (2016-18), DT, San Francisco 49ers: Givens is on San Francisco's practice squad. Chris Godwin (2014-16), WR, Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Godwin caught 4 passes for 40 yards and also had 1 carry for 3 yards in the Buccaneers' loss to Cincinnati. Olaivavega Ioane (2022-25), OG, Baltimore Ravens: Ioane started at right guard and played all 68 snaps in the Ravens' 41-23 win against Indianapolis.
