But when you do well, do you really work at finding out what really made it work?" There are aspects of the game that can be timed, and recorded statistically, and videotaped to pick apart later. Michigan coaches do all of that. At the same time, they understand the elements of success go beyond what can be shown on video. "That's one you can't measure," he said, referring to chemistry. "It's something you've got to keep talking about, and hopefully, two guys that never hang out together, all of a sudden, are buying each other lunch. There are all kinds of things that go into this." His players sound like they're buying in. Fifth-year senior Jordan Morgan took on a secondary role in the light of his injury and then-freshman Mitch McGary's surge through the NCAA Tournament. Many wondered how Morgan would react to getting bumped from the starting lineup, and even whether he'd return as a graduate student this fall. He's on board, insisting he's all about winning and becoming an even better vocal leader. "I've had success in the past just keeping guys focused, and I think that's going to be more important now than ever, with such a young team," Morgan said. "That's going to take a lot of vocal leadership, some of which I'm not exactly where I want to be at yet. "It's a focus every day. I want to be
