UNDER THE DOME FUTURE unveils its 2014-16 football schedules SCHEDULES RELEASED Notre Dame BY ANDREW OWENS N otre Dame released its full 2014, 2015 and 2016 football schedules Dec. 20 after juggling opponents, locations and dates complicated by the addition of five annual Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) games a year ago. The originally scheduled 2014 matchup with Wake Forest moved to 2015 to accommodate an overloaded slate next year. The Irish had agreed to contracts with 13 teams for 12 slots, but moving the Demon Deacons to 2015 — Notre Dame will play six ACC opponents that season and four in 2014 — alleviates that dilemma. Athletics director Jack Swarbrick told Blue & Gold Illustrated that the schedule maneuvering gets somewhat easier after filling these three years because there had been contractual agree- Notre Dame's annual Shamrock Series contest — which was in Dallas against Arizona State this season — will travel to Indianapolis, Boston and San Antonio the next three years.
