Dame: linebacker Bob Crable (1978‑81),
receiver/tailback/return man Raghib
"Rocket" Ismail (1988‑90) and receiver
Thom Gatewood (1969‑71).
Crable was a two‑time consensus
All‑American and Notre Dame's all‑
time leading tackler. Ismail was the
recipient of the 1990 Walter Camp
