He's not a rah-rah type of guy, and he's not a cheerleader. He doesn't jump up and down, but he shows up every single day and shows people how to get better. "For example, he plays on the scout defense when our offense is practicing. Many kids will stand and drink water, but he wants to play and get better and make his teammates better.
