IN FLIGHT
With players allowed to go home during Notre Dame's fall break in late
October, men's basketball head coach Mike Brey traveled to the home of the
Blue Angels in Pensacola, Fla. Brey had the opportunity to fly in an F-18 Hor-
net with Lt. Ryan Chamberlain above the Gulf of Mexico for an afternoon.
The Blue Angels flew above Notre Dame Stadium prior to the game against
Navy on Nov. 2, 2013, and for the past year the university had discussed the
opportunity for Brey.
