"The number one thing is, I hope they get healed up over this bye week," Hanlon noted. "To have the week off and be able to work on things that will be helpful to them the last two games of the season will be good. "They need to work with each other and really go into a two-game series which is going to decide whether or not they're going to go to a bowl game. Every kid, in the back of his mind, wants to be able to play in a bowl game.
