BY MICHAEL SPATH M ichigan's April 4 spring game is now a thing of the past, but there is still much being talked about post- spring leading into the summer off- season, including rumors of more ad- dition and more subtraction from the 2015 roster. Let's examine some of the topics that will reverberate through the next few months. Will Michigan land any more graduate transfers? In April, Michigan officially an- nounced the incoming graduate trans- fers of Iowa quarterback Jake Rudock and Weber State punter Blake O'Neill. In May, Stanford cornerback Wayne Lyons' transfer was also confirmed by U-M. Rudock has already become the favorite to start under center, push- ing junior Shane Morris out, while O'Neill has an even better chance to start because of the lack of a scholar- ship competitor at punter. Lyons' path to playing time is the most muddled; fifth-year senior Blake Countess and junior Jourdan Lewis should rank ahead of Lyons on the depth chart, and junior Channing Stribling and redshirt freshman Bran- don Watson are also coming off im- proved springs. Sources have told The Wolverine that head coach Jim Harbaugh and his staff are scouring their connections to add at least one wide receiver, and potentially two targets, in time for the 2015 campaign. Michigan returns 52.3 percent of its receiver receptions from 2014, and brings back redshirt juniors Amara Darboh (36 grabs) and Jehu Chesson (14), but the Maize and Blue are look- ing for a vertical threat that can make big plays in the red zone in an attempt to offset the developmental learning curves of redshirt freshman Maurice Ways and true freshman Brian Cole. Will there be any attrition between now and fall camp? With the addition of Rudock, O'Neill and Lyons, plus Houston quarterback transfer John O'Korn, who will be a sophomore and must sit out a year under normal NCAA FIVE QUESTIONS Analyzing The Relevant Issues Facing Michigan Heading Into The Summer
