JOSH ADAMS DOES IT AGAIN After suffering a mild concussion and a shoulder injury in Notre Dame's win at Pittsburgh, leading rusher C.J. Prosise sat out against Wake Forest. For Prosise, it was more about giv- ing him an opportunity to rest. Head coach Brian Kelly noted that the se- nior running back could have played if there was the need. "We weren't going to really push him in a position that we didn't think we needed to," Kelly said. "He worked out before the game, and he really felt good. But we weren't going to push it. So yeah, we felt like we would have him for next week." With Prosise out, freshman running back Josh Adams filled in, earning his first career start.
