COMMITMENT PROFILE Mario Ojemudia, who lined up at Kemp's future position — stood out. "I love Michigan, I love everything about it," Kemp said. "I had a really good trip, and I really like the way they'd use me. They'd use me as a Buck linebacker, and that's what Oje- mudia plays. A guy that just goes all over the field, blitzes, drops into cov- erage; just the monster, the beast." The play of Michigan this season has pointed out that the future is bright in Ann Arbor, and that's a big part of why Kemp decided to become a Wolverine. "I'm really excited to see what coach Jim Harbaugh is doing at Michigan, and I have a great relationship there with the defensive coordinator [D.J. Durkin], as well as with [defensive line] coach Greg Mattison. It's been awesome getting to know them, and I can't wait to continue that." He'll have his own hand in that go- ing forward. Kemp has had the perfect training for the Buck position, playing most of his high school career as a de- fensive end before being primarily a linebacker this year. It certainly didn't stunt his production — he led his team with 81 tackles, seven for loss with four sacks, and also moonlighted on offense with 234 yards and four total touchdowns combined receiving and rushing.
