Junior line- backer Jaylon Smith was first team, while junior wide receiver Will Fuller and senior offensive tackle Ronnie Stanley were second team. Honorable mention notice went to fifth-year center Nick Martin, senior running back C.J. Prosise and senior defensive lineman SHEL- DON DAY. For the first time since the 11-1 season in 1993, Notre Dame also had four players named first- or second-team All-Americans by the Associ- ated Press.
