C.J. PROSISE, RB Height: 6-0 • Weight: 220 pounds Arm length: 32.125 inches • Hands: 8.5 inches 40-yard dash: 4.48 seconds Vertical jump: 35.5 inches Broad jump: 121.0 inches BGI Football Analyst Bryan Driskell: Prosise was a bit limited in the drills he chose to do, which is likely due to the fact he is still getting back to full strength after suffering a number of injuries toward the end of the season. He performed well in the events in which he did participate. Overall, I think Prosise helped himself, especially if he can perform well at Notre Dame's pro day March 31. He did not bench or take part in the agility drills, which puts a lot of pressure on him to produce quality numbers at the pro day. CHRIS BROWN, WR Height: 6-2 • Weight: 194 pounds Arm length: 32.25 inches • Hands: 9 inches 40-yard dash: DNP* Vertical jump: DNP* Broad jump: DNP* * Will participate in on-field events at Notre Dame's pro day March 31 BGI Football Analyst Bryan Driskell: Brown not participating in the on-field drills was a major missed opportunity for him. Outside of former teammate Will Fuller and TCU's Kolby Listenbee, none of the wide receivers performed overly well in the 40-yard dash. The NFL Network crew spent the entire broadcast talking about how slow the receivers were outside of Fuller and Listenbee. If Brown put up strong numbers in the 40, his stock could have seen a big rise. WILL FULLER, WR Height: 6-0 • Weight: 186 pounds Arm length: 30.75 inches • Hands: 8.25 inches 40-yard dash: 4.32 seconds • Bench press: 10 reps Vertical jump: 33.5 inches Broad jump: 126.0 inches Three-cone drill: 6.93 seconds 20-yard shuttle: 4.27 seconds 60-yard shuttle: 11.44 seconds BGI Football Analyst Bryan Driskell: Fuller without question boosted his stock. His smooth 4.32 40 was the second best number at the Combine and blew away every other wide receiver in attendance. Scouts knew that Fuller plays fast, and he backed that up with this blazing-fast time. While his sprinting was what had everyone buzzing, the performance he had during position drills is what could solidify him as a first-round pick. Scouts have rightly questioned Fuller's ball skills and his propensity for body catching, but Fuller aced the pass-catching drills. He was catching the ball clean, extended his hands well and displayed confidence as a pass catcher, something he did not always do at Notre Dame. NICK MARTIN, C Height: 6-4 • Weight: 299 pounds Arm length: 32.5 inches • Hands: 9.75 inches 40-yard dash: 5.22 seconds • Bench press: 28 reps Broad jump: 97 inches Three-cone drill: 7.57 seconds 20-yard shuttle: 4.72 seconds BGI Football Analyst Bryan Driskell: Overall, the Combine was a positive for Nick Martin. He did not blow anyone away with his testing numbers, but when viewed in proper context it was a quality per- formance. There were no great highs in the testing, but he also did not bottom out in any drills. Martin put up 28 reps on the bench — two more than Alabama center Ryan Kelly — which was argu- ably his top result. One of the knocks on Martin is his lack of power, which a solid showing on the bench can help address. RONNIE STANLEY, OT Height: 6-6 • Weight: 312 pounds Arm length: 35.625 inches • Hands: 10.625 inches 40-yard dash: 5.20 seconds Irish At The 2016 NFL Scouting Combine
