JULY 2016 ■ 103 WOLFPACK FOOTBALL • New video monitoring systems along columns and on the front wall. • All new lockers specifically designed to modernize them for the first time since they were built in 2002. Among other changes, they will have a bench seat as opposed to a stool and will enclose a lot more of the equipment. • New lighting within the locker and in the space that can be turned red. • The flooring was changed from carpet to a rubber-flooring system so that it can stay cleaner and keep the odor of a locker room down. • Updated the sound system. • Updated graphics that include a signature piece that the football team and university use: the bell tower lit up red and the lettering "The Red Light Is On." The football coaches use that phrase whenever they land a commit- ment. Those graphics are backlit red. • An eye scan at the player entry door that scans their eyes when they walk up to the entrance and identifies them as someone who can be in the building. It allows the players to go in hands-free.
