tive Division I state championships, claiming the individual state title in 2015 with a 7-under-par score of 137 (68-69). She finished third in 2014 (68- 75/143) and 12th in 2013 (76-75/151). After firing a 147 to finish third at her sectional qualifier, Snyder advanced to the 2015 Junior PGA Championship, where she tied for 21st (72-77-76-78). She also represented Arizona in the 2015 Girls Junior Americas Cup. "Alisa has a long history of prov- ing she can fire rounds in the 60s, which is an incredible asset as she transitions into her collegiate ca- reer," head coach Jan Dowling said. "Additionally, throughout this past year she has learned to capitalize on her opportunities to close out tournaments. "She's won a lot of events and is gaining experience on the national level, both of which are invaluable. Alisa is going to make a mark on our program, and we are thrilled to have her join our team." Maddy Steere; Melbourne, Victo- ria; water polo — Steer was named captain of the U-16 Australia national team and won a silver medal at the Pan Pacific Games in 2012. In 2013, she again was named captain and won another silver medal at the Can- ada Cup as a member of the U-18 team.
