career with more total yards than any Michigan player, and remains the school's most prolific passer, with 9,715 yards and 87 touchdowns. 9. Chris Perry, RB, 2000-03 — Perry piled up the rushing yards throughout the early part of the last decade. He wound up with 3,696 for his career, including his most memorable outing — 51 attempts for 219 yards and a touchdown in a win at Michigan State. 10. Anthony Thomas, RB, 1997-2000 — Thomas began his career with a bang, as a freshman on Michigan's national championship squad. He left as Michigan's all-time leading rusher with 4,472 yards, before Hart caught up with him.   Top Five Michigan Quarterbacks (Post Harbaugh) 1. Chad Henne, 2004-07 — Henne started all four years for U-M, racking up the biggest throwing numbers of any Wolverine. 2. Brian Griese, 1994-97 — Griese didn't have the biggest arm of the candidates, or the longest starting skein. But he did something the others didn't — lead the Wolverines to a national championship in '97. 3. Denard Robinson, 2009-12 — Nobody ever generated more yards for the Wolverines, or more electricity inside The Big House. 4. Elvis Grbac, 1989-92 — Grbac piled up the passing numbers when the Wolverines were just moving into a heavy-throwing era, with 6,460 yards and 71 touchdowns. Four Big Ten championships didn't hurt, either. 5. Tom Brady, 1996-99 — It seems crazy that a three-time Super Bowl champion appears fifth on this list, but it also speaks to the level of play Michigan has featured A four-year starter, Chad Henne holds the at the position.
