NC State's perimeter depth affords head coach Kevin Keatts the chance to develop him patiently. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS rated him as a four-star recruit, and the No. 23 point guard and No. 124 overall player nationally in the 2019 class … Picked NC State over Georgia, Pittsburgh, Providence and VCU, and also made an official visit to Minnesota … As a senior at Lake Taylor High, was named the Class 4 State Player of the Year after averaging 22.5 points and 11.0 rebounds per game while leading the school to its first-ever state title … Scored 24 points and grabbed nine boards in the championship game, which went into double overtime … As a junior there he averaged 17.2 points and 7.0 boards a contest … Played the 2018-19 season at Massanutten Military Academy in Woodstock, Va., and helped the team go 32-4 and reach the Final Four of the National Prep Championship.
