■ Jennifer Mathurin 11 • Forward • 6-1 Freshman • Montreal, Quebec Career Highlights: Averaged 15.5 points and 8.8 rebounds per game as a high school senior, while shooting 43.0 percent from the field … Led her Quebec Provincial team to a pair of bronze medals at the Canadian National Championships … In 2010, she was named the bronze medal game MVP after she netted 18 points and 12 rebounds … In 2010-11, she was the lone freshman named a second-team All-Star after averaging 13.0 points and 6.9 rebounds per game. Career Highlights: Has exhausted her college eligibility in swimming after competing for NC State in the pool from 2011-13 … Started her swimming career at Pfieffer College, where she was an All-American and set 11 school records before coming to Raleigh … Had a successful swimming career at NCSU, where she owns the school record in the Ba ketball Preview 2013-14 200 butterfly (1:59.52) … Also was a member of the 800 freestyle relay team that set the school record … Stands second in NCSU history for the 200 freestyle and 400 medley relay … Hit NCAA "B" standards in five different events during the 2011-12 campaign … Selected to the NCSU chapter of Phi Beta Kappa, one of the highest academics honors that a student can earn at the school … She is also an All-ACC Academic team member and has been named to the ACC Honor Roll … At Starmount High, she won four high school state swimming titles and was named an All-American in the sport, while she was named her team's MVP in swimming, basketball and track as a senior. Career Highlights: Led Columbia High to state titles as a junior and senior … Averaged 18.7 points, 5.7 steals and 3.8 assists per game as a senior … Was named second-team all-state as a junior … Tallied 15 points in the 57-33 title game victory to finish a 24-5 campaign … Was also selected to the junior all-star team in the North-South Georgia All-Star game as a junior. ■ Ashley Williams 4 • Guard • 5-8 Freshman • Cary, N.C. Career Highlights: Averaged 21.2 points and 6.0 assists per game as she helped Green Hope to a 26-3 record and perfect 16-0 mark in conference play as a senior … Scored 30 or more points four times and never scored less than 10 points during her final campaign … Collected prep career averages of 13.3 points, 6.1 assists, 4.2 rebounds and 3.7 steals per game. ■ Breezy Williams 5 • Guard • 5-11 Senior • Durham, N.C.
