Even if Michigan trips up OSU, the Buckeyes would still own tiebreakers over Wisconsin and Penn State and would go to the Big Ten title game. 2. Wisconsin (7-1): The Badgers took their best shot at Ohio State but ultimately came up short, 31-24 Sept. 28. Since then, they've rolled over their opponents and will continue to do so, though Indiana's up-tempo offense will force Wisconsin to keep pace. A Nov. 30 matchup with Penn State could decide which team finishes second to the Buckeyes, and would impact whether UW qualifies for a BCS bowl and the big payday the conference would gladly accept. T3. Penn State (4-4): The Nittany Lions picked up some much-needed confidence in their win over Michigan Oct. 12, and even with a setback to Ohio State, they are poised to beat Illinois and Purdue. PSU will drop one in-between to Minnesota, though. A key game comes Nov. 23 when Nebraska arrives in State College, but Penn State wins that one, setting up the second-most anticipated game of the Nov. 30 weekend, vs. Wisconsin.
